    All scheduling occurs through email communication with me.

    Programs are customized depending on your goals and the level of support you would like. We can discuss program pricing during our complimentary discovery conversation.

  • Individual coaching sessions begin at $90 for a 40-minute session

    Package Discount: 5 sessions for $400.

We begin with a 30 minute conversation. This is a relaxed, no-pressure space  to share what you’re experiencing and what feels uncertain

In our initial session, we take a deeper look at where you are and where you'd like to go. We'll identify patterns, clarify priorities and begin building a steady foundation for this next chapter. You'll leave with greater clarity, and a sense of direction.

As we continue meeting, our work becomes both reflective and practical. We strengthen your confidence, clarify your decisions and develop systems that support your daily life.
Each session builds on the last, helping you move forward with calm, grounded momentum.
