These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by The Next Chapter Life Coaching.

By accessing this website, you agree to the following terms.

 Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
 Life coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
 Clients are fully responsible for their own decisions and outcomes
 The Life Coach cannot guarantee specific results. Out comes depend on the client’s effort, commitment and circumstances.

All coaching sessions are confidential. The only exceptions are if there is a risk of

harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

 Payment will be made at the end of the session via Venmo. If Venmo is not

available, payment may be made through the website invoicing.

 Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time as a courtesy to me and others on the waitlist.

The Next Chapter Life Coaching is not liable for decisions clients make.

Data that is collected i.e., emails will not be shared or sold.

The coach reserves the right to terminate services at any time in cases of

inappropriate conduct, non-compliance with agreed terms, or if the coaching

relationship is deemed no longer suitable. The client may also terminate the

coaching relationship at any time.
